National Police Service Commission Chairperson Eliud Kinuthia, CBS led the Commission in joint National thanksgiving service for uniformed and disciplined services and their families at the Holy Family Basilica, in Nairobi. Kinuthia said the prayers strengthen the counselling and psychosocial support services rendered by the Commission.

On his part, Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja said the event provides a platform to reflect on the service offered by the discipline and uniformed officers in a bid to build resilience and improve on service delivery.
Internal Security and Administration Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo, who was the Chief Guest called on the public to support the disciplined and uniformed officers in their daily operations.
