The National Police Service Disciplinary Committee headed by the Commissioner Dr. Lilian Kiamba, MBS,OGW is conducting disciplinary hearing of a Senior Police Officer at the Regional police Headquarters, Nairobi Area.
This Committee is charged with undertaking disciplinary hearings for Officers of the rank of ASP and above.This is in line with the Commission’s mandate of exercising disciplinary control over the NPS and therefore committed to giving fair & just hearing to Police Officers accused of gross misconduct in line of their duty.
The committee’s findings and recommendations will be tabled before the full Commission for determination.
