James Musee Nduna

Mr. James Musee Nduna is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted to the Bar at 28years of age in 1995. He is a Certified Secretary since 1996. He graduated from the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Law in 1992. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Kenya School of Law in 1994. He is a CPS(K) 1996. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the United States International University-Africa. He has attended various Strategic Leadership Courses in and out of the Country. Mr. Nduna is a Career Civil Servant who has risen to the position of Chief State Counsel in the State Law office from where he joined the Commission.
